Some areas of the country might experience some delays due to Coronavirus and custom processing. We apologise in advance if delays occur, however, we have no control of the delivery timeframe. Duty & Tax
VAT (20%) will be removed at checkout when you type your EU shipping address. You may be charged your local country VAT on receipt which is your responsibility to pay.
- If the order value is under €22, there is no VAT.
- If the order value is between €22 and €150, your local country VAT and incur a customs clearance/handling fee might be applied at receipt.
- If the order value is over €150, you might also have to pay for import duty, VAT and clearance/handling fee might be applied at receipt.
The origins of items are from Europe or the UK won’t apply for any duty even if you order more than €150 and VAT and clearance/handling fee only. Please contact us about the origins of the item if you are ordering above €150.

Please Note: Standard UK delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. However, please allow at least 15 days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local Royal Mail sorting office is not holding it for collection.
Return Policy
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn/unused item(s) to us in their original packaging with any tags and labels attached. You are entitled to a full refund on the item(s) if it is returned within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
• Please send both the invoice and unworn items to our address on your invoice. We advice you to email info@weekenddoll.co.uk before returning any item help us to process your return faster.
• Any refund issued will be for the cost of the item only (no refund on postage and packing charges). We strongly recommend that you return the item by recorded delivery or another secure delivery method. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept return of earrings, hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.
Outside of the UK customers
• We do allow additional time for refunds/exchanges outside the UK. Please email info@weekenddoll.co.uk within 7 days of the date of receiving your order.
Exchange • If you wish to exchange for another size, colour or style, please return the item with a return note for a refund and place a new order for the alternative item.

Refunds
• All returns are usually processed within 3 working days of receipt, however please allow up to 7 days during busy periods.
You will receive an email from us when your return is being processed.
• Any items bought from us at events, festivals and fair are not refundable.
