Please Note: Standard UK delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. However, please allow at least 15 days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local Royal Mail sorting office is not holding it for collection.
Return Policy
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn/unused item(s) with a return form to us in their original packaging with any tags and labels attached. You are entitled to a full refund on the item(s) if it is returned within 28 days from the date of receiving your order. For sale items, you can return them within 14 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Please send both the invoice and unworn items to our address on your invoice. We advice you to email info@weekenddoll.co.uk before returning any item help us to process your return faster.
• Any refund issued will be for the cost of the item only (no refund on postage and packing charges). We strongly recommend that you return the item by recorded delivery or another secure delivery method. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept return of earrings, hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.
Outside of the UK customers
• Please ensure that you mark the returned goods as “ return” or “exchange” on the customs form to avoid any duty tax being incurred.
• We allow additional time for refunds/exchanges on sale items for customers outside the UK. Please email info@weekenddoll.co.uk within 7 days of the date of receiving your order.
Exchange
• If you wish to exchange for another size, colour or style, please return the item with a return note for a refund and place a new order for the alternative item.
