If you would like a physical gift card in a nice little envelope, email us and let us know the recipient’s name, or add this information into the notes section at the checkout. Alternatively, opt for a digital gift voucher via email. 

Our egift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. You'll get an email confirming your purchase then a follow-up email with the digital gift card. You can forward the email to a recipient with a private message or print it out and pop it in a card. You can also add a personalised message in the notes box on the checkout page.

    VAT is automatically applied to all our products. However, please allow at least 15 days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed.     Return Policy

    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn/unused item(s) to us in their original packaging with any tags and labels attached. You are entitled to a full refund on the item(s) if it is returned within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

    • Please send both the invoice and unworn items to our address on your invoice. We advice you to email info@weekenddoll.co.uk before returning any item help us to process your return faster.

    • Any refund issued will be for the cost of the item only (no refund on postage and packing charges). We strongly recommend that you return the item by recorded delivery or another secure delivery method. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
     
    • Unfortunately we cannot accept return of earrings, hair accessories due to hygiene reasons. 
     
    Outside of the UK customers
     
    • We do allow additional time for refunds/exchanges outside the UK. Please email info@weekenddoll.co.uk within 7 days of the date of receiving your order.

    Exchange
     

    • If you wish to exchange for another size, colour or style,  please return the item with a return note for a refund and place a new order for the alternative item. 

    • Any refund issued will be for the cost of the item only (no refund on postage and packing charges). We strongly recommended that you return the item in recorded delivery or another secure method delivery. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

    Refunds

    • All returns are usually processed within 3 working days of receipt, however please allow up to 7 days during busy periods.
    You will receive an email from us when your return is being processed.

    • Any items bought from us at events, festivals and fair are not refundable.
